Career, how do I figure out what I want to do?

Career, how do I figure out what I want to do?

For the past 11 years I've been a SAHM which is what I wanted to do and luckily had the chance to do so.
But now the time has come with all the kids at school that I need and want to get a job, problem is that I have no idea what I want to do with myself.
I live in a small town (bigger towns 45 mins away) so my options are somewhat limited. I feel my brain has gone to mush and I'm surprised I've managed to string a few words together to blurt this out.
I'm not really good at anything nor have anything I enjoy doing other then sleeping.
I have no qualifications and my last real job was 10 years ago. I wont do online courses because I just wont be motivated to do them.
How do I work out what I want to do?
TIA :)

First step is to start living again. Wake up, stretch and find your energy. Do things that stimulate your mind, your brain , your muscles and your senses. The things you choose to do this will remind you what you love. If you cant remember any, try some things and see what you like what you dont.

Just get a job somewhere...anywhere! Doesnt matter what it is, the point is just getting back out there in the working world and getting the brain use to learning new things. After a little while you will start to recognise what you like and what you dont. Eg, do you want to do something people based, or do u prefer admin type work, being on your feet long hours or a desk job, being indoors or outdoors, working with kids or the elderly.
Even a job at the local cafe or shop will help you determine some of these things.

the small town part is hard, same boat here! We are on a farm about 10 mins from town but it's literally a ghost town, I think the only places you could get work would be at the shire or the iga! Or start something up in one of the many empty buildings on the main street! Loads to pick from lol!
I am studying online and yes the motivation is hard but we have agreed to move to another town and I wanted to have more job opportunities, the more I think about that the more I get motivated to do it as I see it as my ticket out!

I agree with the other comments though, just give anything a go and see what you like!
