I haven't had a bad experience with the products (never tried them) but with a rep who was really quiet rude.
I know a few people who have used the products and love them and have lost a lot of weight (men and woman).
I've used herbalife a few times and have had good results, I'm a distributor as well if you are interested.
With all these programs and any other diet they work if you stick to them, you really need to change your eating habits overall for good to make sure you don't gain the weight again once you have stopped using the products.
I used Isagenix for 6 months. It was ok, but I wouldn't do it again.
I lost 10kg on it, and when I weaned myself off to veges and salads again with very little red meats etc, the weight still packed back on as if i was having KFC!!
I felt pretty yuck when I was on it too. Had low blood pressure and a low iron and magnesium, so that's why I went off it and just stuck to healthy eating again.
Have heard and seen amazing results with Herbalife so whether that's going to be any different, i don't know.
