Hi ladies, I'd like some advice about pregnancy please.
I currently have the bar in my arm and want to get it taken out so my husband and I can start trying for babies.
Has anyone had the bar taken out and fallen pregnant straight away? Or had to wait a while?
Also, I'm in Cairns. Where is the best female Doctor to go in regards to baby things? Thanks xx

I can't help you with the Cairns doctor...I'm in Qld but not that far north - too muggy and hot! I had the bar in for a few months and then had it removed cause it totally messed with my hormones....However, my sister had it in for 3yrs and fell pregant within a few months of having it removed. Good luck falling pregnant!
I've fallen pregnant with implanon in my arm, so it could be possible for you, who knows!
I had mine removed March
We are yet to fall pregnant. I was getting so frustrated but now I think it will happen when it's meant to.

Took me five months after getting it taken out. So don't get frustrated. It takes a bit for things to go back to normal.
Ive used the bar for constaseptive for 6 years. I got it removed in December and fell pregnant in March. Good luck
