Ok mumma's I need help like asap. I am a happily married mumma of 4, my eldest daughter has recently stopped going to fathers after questions surrounding her safety and mental wellbeing arose. We have seeked help for her threw her doctor to start then a psychologist now a she has been sent for a sexual assult assessment as she is part of the 65% of childrens signs of it happening. she is very nervous, scared and her whole attitude changes when her father is brought up,
Now that i have ceased him coming to my house and her going to his (phsychologists have agreed) he has gotten his family involved and they are coming to my house every few days.
My daughter DOES NOT want to go to any of them as she is petrified they will take her to him or he come to her.
My point in this is that i have him covered for her safety, what about his family who keep harassing me and my 4 kids? Can thevprotction order extend to the rest of his family.

You can ask anyone to leave your property that you want to. The police can remove them if you have asked them to leave and they refuse.
I suppose police could see it as 'witness intimidation' definitely speak to police and lawyer for options.
You could get a restraining order out against them make sure your house, work and kids school os covered on it aswell as all your kids. If they go near you thenthey get arrested
IVO it includes them using others to intimidate or threaten or sending them to your house.
The protection order actually should include them report it to police he will be arrested for violating it.
