Primary school was 7:30-8pm, junior high school was 8:30pm and senior high school was 9pm. For high school this was especially important as we are a working family and he had to be up at 5am getting ready for school (it could have been later but he takes forever to get ready so I made him get up earlier to be ready for the 7am bus)

7pm has been my kids bedtimes since they were 3.
My 5yr old goes to bed at 7 then gets half hour on his leappad before sleep
My 8 year old has a bedtime of 7. Else the next day shes moody as.
My 9 month old goes to bed at 9 and my 4 yr old at 8:30
