My head is being done in with this! Every night I clean everything up. Dishes are done. Rubbish is taken out. But yet every morning I am greeted by mobile rice (I can't say the m word it is almost as bad as the n word!) in my kitchen! There are flys everywhere but yet there is no food or anything out or rubbish in the bin! What the hell am I doing wrong?! Can you all please hit me with your natural remedies for getting rid of the bloody flies so I don't have the mobile rice please!

They possibly have a 'home' in a food source in the pantry?? I'd be going to through everything checking inside every single thing! Happened to us when we went away for a weekend and both us thought the other had taken the bin out ? sneaky disgusting little creatures were in the ceral and everything! Pretty much threw it all out
The flies arent bringing the mice....whatever the mice are eating is bringing the flies.....clean out every nook and cranny get some decent magnetic nets for the doors.....clean out the back of the pantry of spills and any unopened packets place in large plastic boxes with high walls and opened packets put in tupperware then lay traps and try to locate those suckers also clean out your linen press and under all the beds.
And get a cat
I think it's maggots, not mice.
OH....well same dif just not the cat.....mop all your floors very well
Cat isn't a problem... I have one and she is amazing with keeping mice at bay
Yes it is the other m word
could be old cat food forgotten behind furniture somewhere
If you have a dead possum or dead something in your roof or walls, you may find that it's coming from there. If your hubby can climb up into your man hole and rule that one out too.
Single mum no hubby :( will get the land lord onto it though
Does your bin have a secure lid? Every once in a while we get some if we've forgotten to keep the lid on the bin closed during the day, that's the only place we get them from.
We had the same problem and soon found we had a dead snake (I was not impressed) in the ceiling. They were coming through the light fitting ??. Is there or was there a bad smell for a couple of days?
I find this post very childish, would be a lot easier to say maggots, that is no where near as bad the N word, that's even if it's the same N word I'm thinking of. There's a food source somewhere, just a matter of finding it, clean out all cupboards.
Shame if the poster has a phobia and you have just called them childish.
