I had been on the pill since I was 15 because of PCOS. I'm turning 31 and I went off the pill almost a year ago and haven't had my period since. I've been to the doctor's and had blood tests done for my hormones etc and am on Metformin but still no period.
I'm unsure of when I'm ovulating so I'm finding it difficult to work out the best time for conception. Has anyone had this with Pcos and managed to get pregnant?

Have sex every second day... This was something my friend with pcos told me. Every second day once on that day while your on the metformin. She got a set of twins out of it but has struggled with every pregnancy since.
