So I am on the depo and have been for the last 7 years however for the last four days I've been getting movements in my belly like there's a fetus in there I peed on a stick and it came back negative what should I do? Any thoughts?

It could just be gas, it does happen but you should go to your GP this week.
I doubt you're pregnant. If you were far enough along to feel movements then hormone levels would be high enough to show up on a test.
however there is a slight chance you could be if you have been having sex. Best way to know is to see a doctor.
It would most likely be gas.
