I am about 3 weeks late for my period, am feeling really crappy, nautious at times and just exhausted. I have tested 3 times at home to see if i'm pregnant and all have come up negative. Has anyone had this happen? Did u end up being pregnant or was there other issues? I am usually reasonably regular within a few days. I also already have 3 gorgeous kidlets. I do have a doctors appointment for Tuesday next week but just wanted to hear anyone elses experiences. Thanks in advance.

Are you on birth control? I am and I regularly am late or just miss cycles altogether but that is on the list of common side effects.
I miss periods for all sorts of reasons including being nervous about pregnancy when I haven't been careful.
I did about three pregnancy tests with my last pregnancy that all came back negative, I went to my dr to get bloods done which came back positive but low hcg levels because it was early. That was all because my cycle is quite long apparently, but we now have our little bonus baby! Good luck whatever the outcome :-)
