Hi the father of my child is denying him, won't acknowledge or sign the birth certificate. I told him I would get a court ordered DNA test and he said he would reject it and would lose and get nothing so he wins. My question is what happens if he rejects to do a court ordered DNA test?

He can't reject it lol
Don't bother wasting energy fighting him about this stuff. He's just trying to get you to back down.
The court can get him for contempt of court etc or they can just say he is the dad!
Don't bother communicating with this guy anymore and just wait for legal aid or child support to sort it out.
My ex did that, the judge said "Either you prove your not, I say you are" Then the judge processed it straight away and Child support even managed to get back pay.
I had this happen to me, it was court ordered as centrelink advised it was necessary however, I'm lucky as his name has never been on the birth certificate so I can take him overseas etc without the hassle. Child already has a passport as the father hasn't been involved since child was a baby
