Rosacea

Hi'yall

I have suffered with Rosacea all my life. I have redness on my cheeks, chin, nose , it's off and on but I'm really embarrassed & I've had enough, weather, foods or just random times of the day flares it up. I've been to the gp they see it as mid rosacea & was told to wear make-up..

Does anyone else suffer from this & what products did you find helpful?
