Surrogacy and first transfer

Hi ladies,
Long story short... We have been approved for surrogacy in Victoria. Very excited by it all but also terrified. Our first transfer (of our embryo's) will be this weekend. My question is... Has anyone had the transfer work for them first time?
It is a family member giving us this amazing gift (not forgetting her own family who have given their full support)
Any other advice would be greatly appreciated too.
