Frustrating inlaws/ grandparents.

Hey IMs, I just need a vent so ill get straight to the point. I'm frustrated at my inlaws for not having much to do with my family or little one. They dont seem to care about our lives, rarely ask how we are, dont know whats going on in our lives and dont know our little one who is almost 2 at all.
They are very wrapped up in their other grandchildren and just seem to have no interest or time for our little one. Have visited us 4 times since they've been born and that was a big deal. Also when they where here they where on the phone to the other grandchildren and their parents the whole time.
Ive gotten to the point of not forcing them to see or hear from us just because its so 1 sided. Im always doing the work and im just over it.
Its just so frustrating that they dont seem to want to get to know how amazing our little one is and no matter what milestones they do the other grand children are "better".
I guess at the end of the day they are the ones who will miss out but just wish they would show more interest!.
