Hi IM's was just wondering at what age did you're son/s start puberty? my 8yr old 9 in june is very emotional at the moment & I believe he is starting to go through puberty. He is a happy well adjusted boy with no medical issues. But he will get upset at the littlest things now like the other day at school he had computers and as his picture hadn't printed by the time he went back to his class the teacher said they would give it to his classroom teacher, as it wasn't there by the time I collected him at 3 he was in tears?

Kids can go through phases and stages and are not necessarily related to puberty. Plus doesn't mean something new isn't going on emotionally for him. Anxiety etc can develop at any time in a persons life.
My boy was about 12 when a few pubes started to appear. I didn't notice any tears or anything.
My son is 10 yrs and I have noticed a change of attitude for a while now. Definitely more emotional and quick to anger or take offense. He eats like a horse and is getting taller and broader.
