Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone has tried postnatal Pilates and what you thought about it? I had my first Bub 5 months ago but am finding it difficult to get rid of my baby belly. I'm back to my pre baby weight (I am one of the lucky ones where this didn't take long) but am keen to get my core strength back again. I'm still breastfeeding and exercise 4 times a week (walking and a PT session) but it's taking longer then expected to get my fitness back.
I would love to hear from other mums to see how they went.
