Room sharing and sleep routine.

Hi ladies, i have two boys 4 and 2. They share a room atm and when it comes time for bed (7 o'clock ) i tuck them in and say goodnight but after that they bang on walls, cry, yell and keep coming out of room. I have done super nanny technique for both boys when they were in room of own and that worked well. Just need some tips for how to get boys to stay in bed some nights it takes over an hour for them to sleep. Thanks
