Firstly I will take a pregnancy test asap but after others experiences in the meantime. I have had my mirena in for the past 4 years with no bad side effects. I don't get periods, only the occasional day or two of spotting (but I never really got them without it either). Recently I have been having constant nausea - for about 2 weeks now. At first I didn't think much of it but then it occurred to me the last time I felt like this was when I was pregnant. I've also been in the cranky side to put it mildly lol. Anyone else fallen pregnant on the mirena? What have you the idea you were pregnant?

This is definitely possible and can cause ectopics I believe. I'd go see your GP as soon as possible to get this checked. Good luck!
Not to say that you couldn't be pregnant, but I have heard that a common side-effect of the Mirena is pregnancy-like symptoms.
Take a test ASAP and probably see whoever put it in for you, just in case,
