Always seek medical advice call or visit your midwives when it comes to your pregnancy. Swelling in the summer is common but it can also be caused by many other things and it's always best to ensure that you and your baby are travelling safely.
I would definitely call your midwife or see a Gp. Could be pre-eclampsia. Better to be safe then sorry.
Always speak to a medical professional
Always call a doctor - you are worth it!!! Please!! x
