Thank you, I am going to see what's in my area and see someone as its excuciating. Mind you I only have 3 weeks left to go but I can't sleep because of it.
The last three weeks of pregnancy is the longest three weeks you'll ever experience, definitely worth trying! My midwife referred me to physio that's why I went that way. The first pregnancy I put up with it, told it's just part of pregnancy but second time no way, I whinged and was referred and they fixed it so it's definitely worth a try.
Also in the meantime swimming is good relief, just floating around.
I went the chiropractor and massage path. Physio would work to. I put it off and put it off until I nearly couldn't walk, 30 min massage and a quick adjustment and I was great again! Just make sure if you go massage they are qualified :)

Sitting down! Sorry couldn't help myself.
It is a lot worse when sitting down or laying down..
Go to a physio! Two trips and they'd fixed mine and given me exercises and stretches and positions to stop it hurting.
