Intervention order help.

Just wondering if anyone has ever been granted an exclusion order as part of a family violence order? I've been advised by DHS and the police to apply for an order but have held back as I am afraid the exclusion won't be granted and then I'll be stuck and things will be worse than they are. Thanks

Just a thought.... Won't it be worse if you don't try? If all the evidence is there and the police are backing you. What's the odds of you not getting it. Apart from failing to act when you first had the chance?

Police and DHS don't say to get an order of they think there is no chance. If there is no chance they will say don't waste your time.
Get the order!

I can imagine how scary it is to think you might try and fail and end up making everything worse, but lovely, it sounds like things must be pretty bad as it is. The police can see it, dhs can see it. That tells me this order will be granted and you will be able to move forward and find the light again.
