Travel Prams

Hi mums

I am researching prams for my first Bub and I would really like to get a pram that. Can also convert into a capsule to then transfer to the car seat.

I am not looking to spend over 300-400 max and have been trying to research online but am not having any luck and just getting confused with it all for example you have to buy parts for it seperately.

I live in a small town that doesn't even have a baby shop so it's not like I can go and seek advice from a professional.

So my question is, if anyone can give me suggestions or feedback on travel prams they have had in the past and if you needed to buy extra parts and what exactly you need to get? Some that I've seen look like they come as a full pram but if you want the capsule that comes off you have to buy that seperately or can you get the frame seperate and then the capsule?

Thanks in advance!

The pram normally gets sold as a full pram, then the capsule comes as a separate item - usually the seat comes off and the capsule can attach in its place or the capsule clicks into a special adapter on the seat. This is a good thing. Most bubs will outgrow the capsule within the first 12 months of their lives but you'll likely need the pram past that age so having the seat will allow you to get the use of the pram for 1-2 years, maybe more.

A good pram for this is the Steelcraft Cruiser, available at Target for $400ish. The Cruiser capsule is also available at Target for about the $350 mark I think.
