OK so I have three boys 8yrs, 10yrs and 11mths. I allow my 8 and 10 yr old to sleep naked in summer if they want.
Just wondered if any other parents allow their kids to the same?

Yeah of cause. My sons slept naked in just undies or nappy since he was a young Bub ( with singlet in his first two summers though) I don't like fans blowing on him and he sweats a lot in summer. If I find its getting cold I put a sheet or blanket on him.
No. Undies and a singlet - yes. Only because I always think, what if someone broke in.... or there was a house fire... I don't want them naked in an emergency type situation. That's really my only reason. I would never sleep naked either.
Nope, just light clothes and I cool the room with a fan.
My son has always had his own room and we've always knocked on the door before entering so he can sleep however he likes.
I can't sleep completely naked - I need undies and have always encouraged my daughter to wear knickers to bed (to my mum's dismay. She is certain that because she can't stand wearing clothes, neither can anyone else!). That is a personal decision though, coming from a background of child abuse. If your boys are most comfortable that way, let 'em go I would have thought. Its important that they feel rested and comfortable for a good nights sleep!
I have a 7 year old daughter and 4 year old son. Daughter sleeps in knickers but will occasionally sleep completely naked, and son sleeps naked. They decide what they want to wear. Whatever they are comfortable with. :)
Kids sleep in pyjamas. 10 yrs, 8 yrs, 6 yrs. My boys often freeball under their boxer shorts. But when we have guests they must have knickers underneath in case their is a showing
