Alcoholism

Looking for help for my family. My uncle is an alcoholic and we have recently lost his brother to it (drinking all falling over) we are worried that the same thing will happen to him tring to get a mediator for a family meeting to convince him he need rehab but everywhere we ask say they cant help and wish us luck surly there are places that can help. Any advice would be great. We are located Gold Coast. Thank you for your time
