I am 27 weeks pregnant just want to ask I have really bad chest pain, not heart burn - I have never got heart burn but this chest pain when I touch under my boobs it really hurts when I touch there. I don't know if it's because baby is growing upwards and its growing pain but it hurts constant and is so uncomfortable that I can't even wear maternity bras anymore because of it hurting, I am thinking of going to a trip to the hospital but last time I went for chest pain they didn't run any tests or anything on me all they said your fine you just have heart burn but it has continued and it really hurts.

It could be your ribs moving, my sister had lots of pain from baby pushing up into her lungs and ribs.
If you're really concerned, go to a dr. If they are concerned they'll send you to the ER.
