So last week I had unprotected sex, just once but it was the day before I ovulated.
I'm half freaking out about the possibility of ending up pregnant.
Not that having another child would bother me. I'm a single mum to an already nearly three year old and I'm sure I'd cope fine with another one.
But the potential "father" isn't exactly what I'd call anything other than someone I occasionally sleep with.
Can I get pregnant before I ovulate ? My PD I keep says that I would have been in the fertile stages.
Should I just suck it up and wait for my period that may not come? How early is to early ?

Anytime you have unprotected sex it is possible to get pregnant. Ovulation is just when you are the most fertile and sperm can survive in the body for a surprisingly long time!
If it turns out you aren't pregnant and you decide to have unprotected sex again, please go and get the morning after pill. It's available at chemists over the counter. much cheaper and less stressful than a baby with a guy you don't see as a father.
