I am hoping there is at least one kind hearted aqua aerobics instructor or personal trainer out there that might be able to offer some help.
I have a lot of weight to lose. I mean, seriously, I need to lose about another 60kg.
I have already lost 15kg. I have a good handle on my diet now, I have stopped snacking (with the exception of my one indulgence which is ONE apple turnover a week on a Monday morning after taking my kids to school!) I have replaced my non existent breakfasts with shakes because they are quick and easy and it means I am eating something rather than nothing. I ride my push-bike for an hour twice a week which are the only nights I am able to do it when my husband is home.
I am looking for ideas on more exercises I can do, preferably in the pool, to help me. I would love to go to an aqua aerobics class for inspiration but to be perfectly honest, even with swimmers, a pair of shorts and a tshirt I am too embarrassed to be seen in the pool.
I have a pool in my yard. I love spending time in there, I do star jumps, running on the spot and step ups on the step, but I want to start doing more.
Is there anyone that can give me any inspiration on what else I can do?
Please help, I don't want to chuck this journey in because I am out of ideas and it all seems to hard!!!

I'm not a trainer.. But I do water classes.
I do 5 water classes a week.
I do 2 aqua classes and 3 deep water classes and I love it.
I tend to pick someone fit in the class and try to keep up with them or over take them.
I've lost 10kgs since September.
I do use an energy suplement powder drink to give me the best work out befor hand. I can tell a HUGE difference in my energy level when I don't use it.
I have change what I eat..
Cutting out a lot of sugar.
And pretty much halved my food intake.
I feel good and can see a difference so it's keeping me motivated.
I did buy my own deep water belt too so when I recently went on holidays I took it and went and did deep water running at 7.30am befor anyone hit the pool.
I got it off Aliexpress for $5.00 free postage. Here at the pool it's about $80.
