pelvic pain and mirena coming out

HI, SO after 3-5 months of abode and pelvic pain I finally went and saw the DR.
Had Ultrasound and found my mirena had moved and was on its way out.
so I have had it removed.
I have also had a Ablation 4 years ago prior to mirena insertion

Now i feel like my partner doesn't want to have intercourse with me incase i get pregnant.
my chances are very low and due to my own infertility and my ablation I have been told i have a 0.8% chance which is the same as anyone on Birth control.

He is due to come home from his swing away at work soon and Im worried he isn't gonna find me attractive now :(

just confused and scared
more a vent than anything
and after advice of those who have had an Ablation and if they have fallen pregnant or not

and when your period returned after you had mirena out?
