Hi has anyone suffered from this? I would like to hear your experiences and outcomes.... anything is helpful as I was told I had this recently when trying to explain and recall incidents. It was very all over the place and I couldnt remember all of it. It was very confusing and frustrating for myself. :( I just made no sense at all. Its hard but I didnt realise it was having this affect on me.

Not uncommon for PTSD.
It happens to me it's made interviews etc for reports near hell because we have to go over it over and over and over again to pin down sequences in order.
It happens to my eldest too. If she see's him or even see's anyone who looks like him she looses an hour.
We had to move her sister to her high school to make sure she was getting there in the end...she would just drift off and was losing hours with no recall where she was for months after she was badly triggered last year.
This happens to me. I can barely remember thing that happened between the ages of 14-18 due to being physically abused by my father. It wasn't until recently that my sister who was involved too said do you remember when .... happened and it triggered a huge panic attack that I realized that I had blocked out a huge chunk of my life.
