Help

I was wondering if you could post for me please...
I'm 16 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I just got back from the hospital and the Drs told me they are worried that my placenta is attaching to my scar tissue from my c-section scar, they didn't tell me much about it so I made the stupid mistake of googling what can happen and it said hysterectomy or worst case scenario blood loss and even death, I'm freaking out has anyone ever gone thru this and everything be fine? That's in advance lovely ladies.
