My brother and sister-in-law are currently going through IVF however she really isn't coping with the fear that she may never have a child. I think she'll really benefit from counselling but they are running out of money so I'm asking if anyone knows of a free infertility counselling system she could gain access to?

Maybe ask the clinic? The one I went through had staff counsellor you could see for free as part of the treatment
She should definitely contact her clinic about counselling . We are always reminded by the nurses at our IVF clinic that counsellors are available if we aren't coping or just need to talk.
