Hi lovely im's I'm only 8 weeks pregnant but since around 6 weeks I've had constant morning sickness I can't even get up some mornings. How do you all do it!! Does anyone have any suggestions on how to ease it as I can't afford to be missing work :'(

I found eating something before attempting to get out of bed helped. The first few months were awful. Sipping lemonade or sucking on lollies helped me too. Lots of regular small snacks.
Peppermint or ginger tea might help.
