has anyone ever been involved with a family preservation program in Victoria, & also had child protection investigating numerous fraudulent claims. cps are threatening, abusing and harassing both me, my husband and my child at school to the point my son is suicidal. no one is listening to us when we've called higher. theyre even lying to my lawyer. any advice? we are desperate and have very little support

I don't know if that was what it was called but it is what they did to us. Best thing I did was push them into court.
The magistrate kicked their arse for their bullshit.
Also the ombudsman is handy.

They dont want to knock on my door ever again they wont even help if I'm begging....
I kicked their arse through every level of government over the course of 2 years.
Even made my own lawyers jaw drop with what we managed in court....I told him do what you are told and follow my lead.....yep he had never seen that before.
With the number of their heads I rolled legally I apparently more than adequetely proved I am a protective parent.
Oh and put in for a freedom of information request (FOI) for your file. Its eye opening to see just how inaccurate their records are and how many referrals for services get misfiled
