Hi Ladies,
I am 19 weeks pregnant, 2nd pregnancy my 1st was a molar pregnancy. I have been feeling really dizzy for the past 2 days and just really off with the worst headache. I have rang my midwife and they said to try not to be to concerned but it seems as though it is not going away, I live in a rural suburb on a farm and have been drinking lots of fluids but can't seem to shift the dizziness and headache. I have been taking all my vitamins as well as Vitamin D and getting the recommended sun as per instructed by my midwife. Should I maybe consider a trip to the hospital to be safe?

I would or nearest doctor. Might be nothing but I think you'll continue to worry and it could be something
I'd get your blood pressure checked xx
Get your blood pressure checked. Can be symptoms of Pre Eclampsia which is serious. See the gp today or go to hospital if you cant get in.
I would it could indicate preeclampsia or other issues.
Ask for blood pressure check and urine test to see if there is protein present. It could point to pre-eclampsia which can be quite dangerous if not monitored closely. Try not to stress until you can get to a dr but definitely get to the maternity ward or a dr for a check!
It sounds like low blood pressure to me. Make sure you have small snacks through the day to keep your blood sugars up. It will help if it is low. I would definitely go and get it checked though, to be safe. I've just been through the same with my pregnancy.
Also preeclampsia is generally linked to high blood pressure, not low so I would say that you are clear of it. The midwife would have called you in urgently if they suspected this. Best of luck with you pregnancy :)
