I am 18 weeks pregnant, 21 years of age , first pregnancy and had my first prenatal appointment last week, my midwife said to me that I should start doing kegel Workouts starting now all through out my pregnancy and after I have my baby? I do not have a clue how to do these or if I am doing them correctly? Advice please. Kind of feeling rather lost.. Thanks everyone

there is now a kegals bluetooth thingy.....it got laughs out of me but it is really the only way to know you are doing them correctly which is why they made it it looks like a sex toy :)

The easiest way is ... when you have to pee ... stop mid-stream and just hold it in, counting to 10 or so... let a little more pee come out and repeat holding it in... simple and works quickly.
Except after 4 kids it doesn't actually stop anymore ? lol
