I am currently 27w 6d pregnant with my first baby :) .. I was wondering about pregnancy photos. When should I get them done..? How much is too much to pay for them..? And is it worth getting a professional or to ask a friend..? Thank you for your time. :)

With my daughter I got them done at 36 weeks I paid around $250 for 10 edited photos. With my son I booked in for them at 37weeks but he came early so I never got to have them! I would say book them for around 34-35 weeks incase your baby decides to come early.
I loved my professional photos beacuse she had all the props and everything so all I had to do was my hair and makeup ?
All the photographers I know say to book for around 35 weeks. Not sure on price (I did my own because I was very unorganised lol) but don't get sucked into huge packages that are 'better value', you only ever end up printing a small number of them :) congratulations x
You sound similar to me, extremely unorganised.. I like the idea of being pampered (dolled up) but don't like the price tag that goes with it.. I think I may just borrow my dads camera and get my partner to take the pictures at home, I don't really like the idea of being barely clothed and in public (assumption from what I have seen from others pictures)..
