Not sure where to start..
For a family law matter my lawyer has had my child & I see a psychologist because it could help substantiate affadavit material down the track. The visits have been arranged via a primary care plan with the GP. The lawyer also wants occasional marks on the child documented on his medical records/ mandatory reporting followed- such as returning home with excessive bruising (child is old enough to verbalise how the bruising happened if you get what I'm saying).
My problem is firstly the GP I see has a very low opinion of people who present wanting a mental health plan & doesn't like doing the referrals; he made it clear today that he thinks that since I'm a professional person I should just be able to 'find' credible witnesses and not need a psychologist report in court. Secondly he's made it clear he is not interested in providing a medical report of any sort to the courts and has previously lied to the courts in response to a subpoena and said medical records have been destroyed when in fact they hadn't. On all other medical problems he's a great GP and I get along with him quite well but this could affect living arrangements with my child.
So to cut a long story short can anyone recommend a good GP on the Gold Coast (northern end) who in their opinion would be ok / supportive with this sort of stuff?
