Breast feeding issues with a high pallet

I had our 3 rd baby 3 weeks ago I had all intentions to breast feed the same as I did with both other children. But I have had nothing but problems my milk came in a day late, my supply is really low, and I've had to top up with formula as baby wasn't putting enough weight on. I am taking metillium, and fenugreek and also baking lactation cookies, I usually breast feed baby first on both sides then top up with formula, problem is he gets really impatient when breast feeding it can take awhile for my milk to drop sometimes and his not one to wait, I've also discovered he has a really high pallet and I think his not attaching properly to feed due to the high arch. But today he refuses to breast feed off me at all it's very upsetting as I really want to breast feed like the others but really doesn't seem to be working for us anyone experienced a high pallet and been successful with breast feeding ??
