next step in my career

Hey ladies for those of you out there who have gone on the career path of being an aged care worker what was the next Step in your career? I've been a pca for 6 months now and I do enjoy it but dont feel its my calling in life so where can this job take me? I'm ready to upskill! I have two little girls 2 and 3 so I'm not sure if I could study full time right now but I would LOVE to be a midwife but how do I get there? Also has anyone been a pca and went on to do something completely different? If so what was your next career path? Thanks ?
