Escorting

So let me give you a bit of background. My partner and I were working for the same company and both were fired within weeks of each other. Now we are struggling financially. We have been job hunting like crazy and studying. In the past 12 months we have applied for over 7000 jobs between us. We have two autistic children and centrelink just doesn't cover expenses and we don't want to be reliant on the government so now I'm actually considering escorting but female on female only. I know a friend who does it and she makes at least $5grand a week. I just don't know what else to do and we are atruggling so bad. It's not fair on my children. This isn't really a question just more of a vent.

I have been in the sex industry and it's not as simple or "greener grass" as it seems. Poverty was a big part of why and how i became involved in it myself. 7000 job applications is enormous. I know it can be tough out there, it took me 3 months or more sometimes to find a new job. Do you think part of the trouble in finding new jobs is because your last job is giving you bad refs because you got fired? It would be good to get a few friends to look at your resume, cover letter and job apps to see if there is any constructive feedback they could give. It took me a while to realise some of the mistakes i was making. No one tells us these things in life until we figure it out sooner or later. Sucks. Anyway... i wish you both luck with everything and sorry to hear you're in a tough spot.

I know women who are within the sex industry. Educate yourself before doing it. Your friend might not have encountered the violence, drugs and exploitation that can be involved. Women can be just as violent as men.
There are lots of mums that do escorting for the flexibility and money.
As long as you kept your head in the right space you will be fine.
I am sorry to hear that your family is doing it tough.
Be safe and takecare.
