Hi ladies
I need some tips! I'm on my 3 rd pregnancy and only 8 weeks but struggling to eat, some days are better than others but drinking fluids I am finding really hard! If I have a sip of water I feel very nauseous and sometimes it comes back up and from not drinking enough fluids I am badly constipated. I have not gone fully for over 2 weeks just a bit here n but there (sorry for details)
Can you give any tips on how to consume fluids. I have had a little cordial( not a fan) and I don't drink soft drinks and can't stomach teas/coffees or even milos or herbal drinks. :( starting to really suffer. I have tried fresh oj to but can have a glass and that's it for a week.
Thank you

Have you tried sucking ice cubes? Or eating ice chips? You might want to discuss this with your GP as you may need medical intervention.
My first though was ice chips too... Worked for me :-)
Try small sips of really cold water or sucking ice chips. See your dr asap as you may need some medication to settle the MS or help with the constipation. You will also need to be monitored for dehydration.
Maybe need to check first to see if you can have them, but if so, try some Hydrolyte Ice Blocks, you can get them from the chemist and some supermarkets.
I am exactly the same as you! This is my 3rd baby and I'm currently 14 weeks. I found from around 6-10 weeks was the worst. Hydralite ice blocks worked a treat. And nibble on salada crackers. Get the glucose jelly beans from the chemist and eat one before you get up in the morning followed by a cracker and small sips of water. I feel so bad for you because I know just how hard and frustrating it can be. On a good note I have started to feel better over this last week so fingers crossed that you will feel better soon x x x
