Surrogacy update

I wrote in a couple of months ago thinking about becoming a surrogate mother for my friends.
I write this with a smile on my face and love in my heart: my friend is pregnant :) 9 weeks along!
When I spoke to her about becoming a surrogate and gave her my offer she started crying and said she was touched and it's an amazing offer and definitely something she would keep in mind, but they were not ready to give up trying themselves.
As you can expect her and her hubby are very excited! And thrilled! As am I.
Thanks so much for all of the lovely comments I received from my first post. They were truly lovely responses from people I've never met. I'm so glad to a part of this sisterhood :)
