Sneaky Smoothies

My son (3) has just started taking a real liking to smoothies. I am thinking this is going to be a good sneaky way to get some good nutrients into him. Any suggestions on what to put in them that he won't notice too much?

I put spinach and banana in my sons and call them hulk smoothies he loves them and you cannot taste the spinach

Agree with spinach. I don’t believe in superfoods but I think it's one of the best. Call them Dino or Hulk smoothies. Berries, banana etc are also good additions :)

I put banana, berries, spinach (can buy frozen at aldi etc), chia seeds, 100% peanut butter, Cacao powder (the healthy version of cocoa, tastes just like chocolate!
