How does one deal with the ex. We have split due to DV he has seen our son 2 times since December. our son that is 8mths old but now he just wants to know what's going on in my life so I have cut all communication and access to our son until we have orders in place through family courts. He still sends text messages first there nice then there nasty then nice again I just can't keep up. He is making me so angry.

you can get a AVO/DVO for harassment via text messages / threatening via text. If you already have one i'd check if its in your current terms / is a breach of the current order otherwise I'd go get one. You could also change your number
