together?

Hello sisters!
I have been a single mum for about 4 years now, and been living with one of my best friends for a couple of years and recently we have spoken about maybe being more than just friends, he is absolutely great with my child and they adore each other.
Now, as i am currently studying and dont have a job i am unsure what to do about centrelink? Do i wait until we are "official"? Do i give them a heads up now? Iv always thought it was when you are official and living together, but we have been living together for years as friends and are still fresh to this more than friends thing.
Thank you :)

Yeah, I'd probably wait until you're at the point of sharing expenses. Although maybe check that as I don't deal with centrelink so not quite sure what the expectation would be. But I highly doubt you'd be expected to tell them until he is.contributing.to your life financially?
