Let me start by saying I have booked a Dr appt.
I am currently on day 50 of what is normally a 32 day cycle. I had some very very light spotting on day 45 but nothing since. Finally convinced I must be pregnant took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative.... So confused, still no period so took another test this morning...negative!
Has anyone had a false negative this late?

I had late positives with 3 of my pregnancies. One I was still getting negatives on home preg tests well after a blood test picked it up (I was 6 weeks). My first I didnt get a positive until I was 6 weeks (dr said going by last period I should have been at least 10 weeks, scan confirmed I was 4 weeks behind). Definitely possible and a blood test will tell you one way or another.
Also, a couple of my friends haven't had a positive on pee tests at all! One was 14 weeks along and was only because she had a scan to see why she wasn't getting her period that they found out. Another also found out by accident after doing multiple pee tests and all came back negative, she was on the pill and went to the dr because she was feeling really run down. Blood test came back positive and they expected to be only early in the pregnancy, scan revealed she was just over 14 weeks along.
I am healthy 28, no stress, meds etc... Not after speculation. Wanting to know if anyone has experienced a false positive this late.
In feb my period was a week late i had pregnancy symptoms and negative tests them i misscarried i know as i saw the sack.....i now am nearly 2 weeks late so will be doing a test on the weekend to see..
With 2nd i didnt get a positive test until 10w..before then i just got negative tests..i had a scan the following week which confirmed i was 11w pregnant
