Hi ladies, in looking for some advice and experiences from someone who may have experienced this, I'm 27 and have one son born via c-section. Iv recently found out that i have a 5.1cm cyst inside my right ovary. And a cluster of small cysts deep in my c-section scar tissue. Iv been sent home with an urgent referral to the gyno department at the hospital and the order to get a blood test for cancer markers.
I'm trying to find information about the removal of this cyst and if I will have to lose my right ovary. And what fertility is like after losing an ovary. I'm terrified and have no idea what is going on.
