My little girl starts kinder in three weeks , I am at a lost as what to send for school food :) she starts at 9;00 and finishes at 12:45 four days a week, I was just wondering if anyone could help me with food suggestions, healthy options and little snackie treats :) thank you

Depending if they have a fridge maybe a yogurt and a piece of fruit for her morning tea and a sandwich, fruit, and a special treat for lunch, along with a bottle of water, at that age they don't need a whole lot :)
Carrot sticks, cheese sticks, cut up fruit in a little container with a fork. Popcorn, homemade biscuits, yoghurt. Quiche, healthy muffins. A sand which. Things that are easy for her to open are always a good idea.
Check if they have healthy foid policy, our kindy use to send home any junk foods.... Fruit, squeeze yogurts, fruit, carrot sticks, cheese, wraps, pasta salad, rice salad, muffins, picklets,
