Best way to quit smoking

Okay well I have quit smoking for 2 years now had a few sneaky ones here and there but that was it, when I found out I was pregnant with my son I stopped and it was easy.. Now just over 2 years later I seem to have slowly started picking the habit up again. I have been hanging out a lot with my friend a lot who is a very heavy smoker and I would a a sneaky one with her every now and then but now am finding myself buying a packet before I see her. Once the packets is gone I will go for days or a week or so without a smoke but it's becoming a more regular habit. It's not my friends fault and as most of you know when you have a addiction any excuse is your loop hole, now so does anyone know of any good product to help quit. I am very prone to nausea and anxiety so in a stupid way that is what is holding me back as most of the side effects I have read cause these, again that's my excuse for today. But any advice would be very helpful, thank all x
