Hi mama's. ...hubby and I have been trying to get pregnant with bub #2 for 3 years. We've recently started cycle tracking. Cycle 2 was successful but low progesterone doubled pessaries but unfortunately pregnancy didn't continue. We're now on cycle #3 and on Friday my bloods indicated I wasn't ovulating but may have been close and we were instructed to get busy! On Saturday night I went to the toilet and noticed I was spotting....I have never ever have this before mid cycle! Anyway fast forward to Monday and I'm still bleeding it isn't a lot but it's worrying. I asked the fertility clinic and they said it was most likely ovulation bleeding but they couldn't confirm from my blood today if I had ovulated...tomorrow is supposed to confirm.
My question is...has any other mums experienced mid cycle bleeding? Did it affect fertility? Did it happen out of the blue?
My second question is could the fact that I had double progesterone support have triggered a second period? As I feel like I've got PMS too irritable emotional cramps and headache.

Hi IM. I have just experienced the same thing and wrote in yesterday. I have never had this ever, it's around ovulation time and 24 hours on is still going.
I'm not on any fertility treatments and had an ectopic a few months ago, but everything has been normal since and we have tried every month as well.
Bodies are weird.... I hope you find answers.
