Just wondering if anyone else has been through this? My 16 month old ds has a swollen left testicle. Got an ultrasound and got told that the channel that the testicle travelled down hasn't closed off properly.. Seeing our GP today but pretty worried :(

Did he mention a hernia? My son had a hernia which was swelling his scrotum and testicle. Basically they told me that the hole didn't quite close and fluid was going in and out of the hole. My son had corrective surgery and it was just a day procedure which he handled really well. It is very scary but once I had seen the specialist she put my mind at ease.
